Meditation

Ok, so I’ll tell you meditation is hard for me! I struggle to stay focused.

Here’s some tips I do:

Make a commitment! Hold yourself accountable.

Don’t force time limits. Some days I can only stay present for 2 minutes and that’s ok!

Focus on intention

Breathe slow, deep breathes to help stay present. I also stare at a candle at times.

Find gratitude.
