Cleanse and detox

So you hear about it all the time, spring detox time. So many commercials for cleanse and detox.

Here’s a run down, anyone can benefit from a cleanse. It removes harmful things from the body. You will eliminate( Poop) cleansing will help kickstart for a more active and healthier life. Look at it like the body coming out of hibernation. Winter you eat heavy meals and usually aren’t as active. So now spring is here and you want to kick it up to fit into those summer clothes.

How does a cleanse work? Well it a packet of herbs that works to get everything moving. I will break it down further in the different cleanses. But basically they reduce belly bloat, support healthy colon and digestive system, help liver’s natural detoxification and reduce body waste.

Ok but let’s not just think taking a packet for 15-30 days will do it all. You have to be ready to eat healthy and drink water. They go hand in hand.

Will you feel great from day one? No detoxing depending on how “bad” your diet was to start and how you eat will depend on how you feel doing a cleanse.

How do you know if it would be good for you?

Are you sluggish?

Now I am using Tiao He Cleanse. First few days I chugged water like it was my job! I got a slight headache, probably also because I cut back on coffee. But water helps flush the system so side effects sooner.
