Challenge:
Mindfulness: process of bringing ones attention to experiences occurring in the present moment.
Stay in the present moment
Do 1 thing at a time ( if you are eating just eat don’t get on your phone)
Don’t analyze any situation: then you are creating an outcome.
Accept and surrender that there is only so much that can be done.
Put trust in something bigger than yourself
Find lesson in what you have learned from people, experiences etc….
gratitude: find gratitude.
Sit back and observe, I mean really look around, take notice, real listen to people and conversations
You will notice feelings, let them appear. Notice your thoughts are you creating outcomes?
Allow things to happen, go with the flow
