Why gratitude????

Gratitude has many benefits:

You feel happier, you stop holding onto problems

You will be friendly and attract people

Your health can improve

You will boost your career

You will have better control of your emotions

You have happier memories

You become more optimistic

Your self esteem improves

You sleep better

You no longer look at material possessions for happiness

You bounce back faster from challenging situations

You achieve goals

Health Benefits:

Your nervous system calms down

Stress levels lower

Recalling feelings of appreciation can protect the heart by decreasing blood pressure

Stronger immune system

When you feel good you look good.

Reduce toxic negative emotions such as envy, resentment and regret

Lower depression

Lowers aggression you grow empathy

Sounds easy enough right! No. But in my November challenge we do it together. We journal daily. I give prompts to help or create your own.

Journaling:

Helps with self discovery and gives an emotional and mental release. Will everything be all peaches and love filled no. Just write it out. Then find gratitude for the day.

Allows us to express our deepest feelings and emotions

Frees the repressed energy from our minds

Journaling isn’t about what you write, don’t rush it. Don’t look for an escape, let yourself feel what you feel and allow vulnerability.

After this 30 days you will have a new outlook, you will have a better understanding of your self and others. You will feel less stress. Your mind will have clarity. Most importantly your own emotional pain lessens.
