Let’s start with holism ” the whole is greater than the sum of it’s parts.”
This concept is not new and has been around for 2500 plus years.
Holistic is about treating the whole person- body, mind and spirit. This common sense approach has become ignored by most physicians today. This has led to our current conventional system of fixing broken pieces.
Coaching helps to improve, develop, learn new skills, find personal success, manage life changes and person challenges.
Sometimes so many things happen disrupting emotional health, or you were taught to repress emotions. This can lead to strong feelings of sadness, stress, anxiety and addiction.
Things that can cause emotional imbalance:
Change of employment or loss of job change in family structure
Death and/ or bereavement
Getting divorce or married
Sustaining an illness or injury
Financial concerns
New parents/ birth of child
As you see some “good” changes can also be as stressful as the “bad”. Our bodies respond to the way we perceive life. This is referring to mind- body connection.
When you are stressed, anxious or upset the body will start letting you know something isn’t quite right.
